Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of Mellos E-Commerce, headquartered at 220 Christine Ave, QLD 4220, Gold Coast, hereinafter simply referred to as Mellos E-Commerce, and, on the other hand, the Mellos E-Commerce customer, qualified at the time of purchase of Mellos E-Commerce products, hereinafter simply referred to as the Customer.

Considering that Mellos E-Commerce sells products and services through the internet; Considering the interest of the Customer in purchasing the products offered by Mellos E-Commerce (“Products”) on its sales channels; This contract aims to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services for Mellos E-Commerce’s website customers.

I. Confidentiality: Mellos E-Commerce is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer in the purchase process. The website’s security is audited daily and guaranteed against the action of hackers, through the “Site Blindado” seal.

II. Customer Service (SAC): The customer has this service to clarify their doubts, solve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. The SAC can be activated by phone or through the website form.

III. Delivery Policy: the delivery time of the Products is informed during the purchase process, counted in business days. Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

III.I – The verification of the adequacy of the product’s dimensions is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they comply with the spatial limits of elevators, doors, and corridors of the delivery location. The assembly or disassembly of the product, transportation by stairs and/or doors and windows, or lifting of deliveries will not be carried out.

III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the informed location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between each delivery. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old, and carrying identification to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will return to Mellos E-Commerce’s Distribution Center.

III.III – After completing the order, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request advance payment, or delivery priority.

III.IV – The delivery time informed during the Product purchase process takes into account the stock, region, the process of issuing the invoice, and the product preparation time. With each update in the order’s delivery status, Mellos E-Commerce’s system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.

III.V – The delivery freight value is calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the Product.

III.VI – Mellos E-Commerce does not authorize the carrier to: enter the domicile; deliver by alternative means (e.g., lifting the product through a window); install or maintain products; open the product’s packaging; deliver to an address other than the one listed on the DANFE; deliver to a minor or without identification.

III.VII – Mellos E-Commerce is not responsible for the retention of goods in SEFAZ when it is exclusively due to customer pending issues, and it is necessary for the customer to appear at the fiscal post to release the merchandise, considering that in these cases, information regarding releases and payments is only passed on to interested parties.

IV. Right of withdrawal: The Customer will be granted the right to withdraw from the purchase, for the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the deadline for withdrawing from the product purchase is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to Mellos E-Commerce in the original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual, and all its accessories.

IV.I – The Customer must request the return through the Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, in the “cancel order” topic. The expenses arising from the collection or postage of the Product will be borne by Mellos E-Commerce.
